Our mat based Practical Pilates is suitable for beginners and intermediate participants.
BarrePilates is an upbeat mix of standing work at the barre (ballet based) and floor work, to improve muscular strength, balance and posture. It's best to have some Pilates experience, so if you're a beginner we recommend trying our Practical Pilates first or booking a private coaching session. |
MASSAGE & GUA SHA
Aching back, neck or shoulders? Are your muscles feeling stiff and sore? Rather than simply treating the symptom, we look to treat the root of the problem and alleviate your pain and discomfort, using a combination of massage therapy, Gua Sha and tried and tested mobility-improving techniques.
