An upbeat mix of standing and floor work, to improve muscular strength, balance and posture. It's best to have some Pilates experience, but if you haven't then we recommend trying our Mat Pilates sessions first.

Formats taught are Gravity Yoga (targeted flexibility training), Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini and Hatha.
