Our mat based Practical Pilates is suitable for beginners and intermediate participants.
Interval Pilates is an upbeat mix of standing and floor work, to improve muscular strength, balance and posture. It's best to have some Pilates experience, so if you're a beginner we recommend trying our Practical Pilates first.
SMALL GROUP PRIMAL PT
Small group training sessions based on primal movement patterns - these sessions change from week to week to and are either cardio or strength based. Taught in a circuit format this means you can work to your own level, progressing at your own pace, and will benefit from individual assistance and coaching. All sessions are conducted barefoot.
YOGA FOR ALL
We offer a supportive community for students of all ages, sizes and abilities. Body positive, accessible yoga promoting improved flexibility, correct breathing control and mental relaxation.
