Small Group & Private Primal Lifestyle & Body Positive Coaching

Have you ever felt really put off going to a fitness session because you feel you might be judged for how you look?  Or that you won’t be able to do all the exercises and end up feeling flustered and embarrassed? Yep…. me too!

Joining a new class for the first time can be intimidating - will everyone else know each other?  Will I be the only newbie there?  Then when you add into the mix "Will I be the only one there in a larger body?" - I get it, your nerve deserts you and you duck out, then you feel disappointed that you missed out once again, and wonder what it was like, if you might have enjoyed it and felt at ease and welcomed. 

I hear you. I was that girl. 

Then I decided that instead of focussing on all my ‘imperfections’,  I could chose to celebrate what my body can do.  To be proud of, and to build, my strength and resilience.  

And I want you to do that too.

PILATES
Our mat based Practical Pilates is suitable for beginners and intermediate participants. 

Interval Pilates is an upbeat mix of standing and floor work, to improve muscular strength, balance and posture. It's best to have some Pilates experience, so if you're a beginner we recommend trying our Practical Pilates first.

SMALL GROUP PRIMAL PT
Small group training sessions based on primal movement patterns - these sessions change from week to week to  and are either cardio or strength based.  Taught in a circuit format this means you can work to your own level, progressing at your own pace, and will benefit from individual assistance and coaching.  All sessions are conducted barefoot.

We offer a supportive community for students of all ages, sizes and abilities. Body positive, accessible yoga promoting improved flexibility, correct breathing control and mental relaxation.
Wherever you are in your yoga journey, you belong here.
Formats taught are Hatha, Kundalini, Science of Stretching
™ & Subtle Yoga.
